The health of your student is our concern, and Burris has one full-time nurse on duty daily at its health clinic.
Physicals
All Kindergarten, fourth-, and ninth-grade students need a school physical filled out by a doctor on file before the school year starts.
If your child is new to Burris and does not fall in those grades mentioned, the child will also need an updated school physical on file with the nurse.
Athletes
Students participating in sports must have the IHSAA Sports Physical Form completed by a physician and turned into the athletic director. This form is separate from the school physical form.
