Individual Dietary Needs
Burris Cafeteria can provide dietary accommodations for any student with a medically documented condition. Please complete the Dietary Restrictions form and return to Burris School via fax (765-285-8260) or by emailing Karen Korn, Burris School Nurse. Questions: 765-285-2340.
